Orders and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is required upfront to begin work. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

What you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details, names, and story information you submit. We create the song based on what you provide.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes depend on the package and any rush options selected. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe.

Revisions

Revisions are provided as described in your chosen package or add-ons.

Acceptable use

You confirm the content you submit does not infringe anyone’s rights and is not unlawful. We may decline requests that are offensive, hateful, or unlawful.

Ownership

The finished song is created for your personal use as a gift. We may retain the right to showcase samples of our own work, but we will not publish your private story details or private gift pages.
