Before work begins

If you contact us before we have started creating your song, you may request a full refund.

Once work has begun

Once we have started creating your personalized song, the order is non-refundable, because it is custom work made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Making it right

Your satisfaction matters. If something is not right with your song, contact us and we will work with you on revisions as described in your package to make it right.

Delivery issues

If we are unable to deliver your song, we will provide a full refund.
