To create and deliver your personalized song and gift, to communicate with you about your order, and to provide support.

Photos and personal content

Any photos or personal details you upload are used only to create your gift and are not shared publicly unless you choose a Private Gift Page.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by PayPal and its card processing. Your financial details are handled by them, not stored by us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order (for example payment and email delivery).

Data retention

We keep order information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
